Baked Sweet Potatoes with Young Living Lemon and Rosemary Essential Oil

Sweet potatoes contain vitamins B6, C,D, iron, potassium, magnesium and beta carotene. They are high in fiber and their natural sugars are slowly introduced into the blood stream.

 Ingredients

  • 8 cups cubed sweet potatoes
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 4 drops lemon essential oil
  • 2 drops rosemary essential oil
  • sea salt
  • crushed rosemary leaves

Directions

  • Add essential oil to the olive oil, mix.
  • Pour the olive oil over the sweet potatoes in a large bar pan.
  • Toss and evenly coat the sweet potatoes with the oil.
  • Sprinkle with sea salt and rosemary leaves.
  • Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven until tender, about 20 minutes depending on the size of the potato chunks.
