Everyone will experience a loss sometime in his or her life.

There are many avenues one can use to help through the grieving process. Some helpful ways are counseling, family, friends, church, support groups, or prayer.

Having a direction may help put a devastated mind at ease. Everyone’s grieving is different, as we are individuals. There is no wrong or right way to grieve; it must be your way to find peace.

It is important to address your grief because emotions can make one sick. Our differences cause people to store emotions in organs related to their particular make-up. All these stored emotions may cause that particular organ to become diseased. In the stomach you will have stomach ailments. The diseased pancreas may lead to diabetes. Stored emotions in the joints may cause arthritis or even cancer. This holds true for every organ in your body.

Essential oils can help during the grieving process to release some of these stored emotions. Allow yourself to breath in essential oils so they can help deal with memories and emotions, releasing them, and allowing the healing process.

Diffuse or apply to the bottom of your feet, back of neck, throat, chest and forehead:

Valor, Sacred Frankincense, Idaho Blue Spruce, Trauma Life, Release, White Angelica, Joy.

I love to add Bergamot or any Citrus Essential Oil to the above oil blends when diffusing because they are very up lifting.

Single essential oils that are helpful are Bergamot, Roman chamomile, clary sage, Eucalyptus globulus, juniper, and lavender.

This recipe is Gary Young’s Emotional Release Blend. This blend may stimulate a sense of harmony and balance within the mind and body, help release anger and memory trauma from the cells of the liver bringing about a sense of peace and emotional well-being.

When people are grieving every day stress may be overwhelming. Always have the Stress-Away roll on and apply it often.
