Directions
Put the following dry ingredients in a bowl:
- 6 cups sifted almond flour
- 2 tbs. ground ginger
- 1 tbs. ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. ground cloves
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. xanthan gum
- 2 tsp. baking powder
In a separate bowl add:
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1/4 cup grape seed oil
- 3 tbs. molasses
- 1 tbs. vanilla
- 1 1/2 tsp. liquid stevia
- 1/2 cup yacon syrup
- 2 drops each of Young Living Ginger, Clove, and Cinnamon essential oil.
Mix together well, until smooth. Add the bowl of dry ingredients, mix again. Make same size round balls, pat down to make cookie shape. Bake on cookie sheet in 350 degree oven 15-20 minutes.
